DESCRIPTION:Under 40 and looking for Leadership Training?\n\n\n\nJoin us for our second installment of our BRAND NEW Regional Young Professionals Leadership Series!\n\n \n\nIn 2017\, we will feature quarterly sessions designed to inform\, engage and develop leadership skills that every person has within him or herself. \n\n\n\nThe second RYPG Leadership Session\, "Assess Yourself!" is a 2-hour workshop on understanding our behaviors and driving forces in the workplace. Prior to the workshop\, you will be emailed a CoreStrata complimentary link to take an online DISC and Driving Forces Assessment. The assessment report is very comprehensive. Attending this workshop will help you better understand yourself and those you interact with to help you become more effective in your job and life. This is an incredible self-development opportunity for you as a young professional!\n\n \n\nWHAT ARE ASSESSMENTS? Assessments reflect our own perceptions of who we are and how others perceive us. The results are based on your responses to short questionnaires. An assessment can help you understand why you make decisions\, how you communicate\, how you perceive the world and what you are capable of doing.\n\n \n\nWHAT IS A DISC ASSESSMENT? Behavioral research suggests that the most effective people are those who understand themselves\, both their strengths and weaknesses\, so they can develop strategies to meet the demands of their environment. This report measures "how" a person behaves a certain way as it relates to the four dimensions of normal behavior: Dominance\, Influence\, Steadiness and Compliance.\n\n \n\nWHAT IS A DRIVING FORCES ASSESSMENT? Knowledge of an individual's driving forces helps tell us "why" a person behaves a certain way. 12 Driving Forces  measures the primary driving forces cluster   the top four of an individual's driving forces   to tell a story of how a person derives meaning from life and work.\n\n \n\nVery limited space!
