Free Yelp for Businesses Workshop
Open to all WSCCI members:
A Yelp representative will give an informative presentation on how to manage your business' online reputation. This is not a sales pitch...it's new info, helpful tips, Q&A, and valuable takeaways.
Presentation will focus on how biz owners can use Yelp's free tools and stay active on Yelp which in turn, statistically can help lead to good reviews. The Yelp representative will focus on the basics: free biz owner tools, how to navigate the site, how to respond to reviews, etc. Please bring a laptop or at the very least, have your phone to log into your Yelp business owner accounts should you need help setting up and claiming your page on the spot.
