Game Night! Hitzeman Funeral Home Grief Support
We welcome you to join us for our Grief Support Gatherings which occur the second Tuesday of each month. These groups are intended to be social in nature where we can express our support with others that are experiencing the same feelings. We have been facilitating these groups in conjunction with Addie Anderson, LCPC, from Begin Within Counseling for over a year now. We love seeing our group grow - we hope you can join us!
We know how losing a loved one affects the core of each family. Whether the passing is sudden or after a long battle with illness, each soul has a story. And everyone has their own way of coping with such a loss; sometimes, we don’t know how to start finding a way through the fog of emotions and despair.
Grief affects our lives in so many ways that sometimes we forget what it’s like to have fun. This group meeting provides an opportunity for you to take a break from grieving – even if for a short time. Come out and play BINGO! It will be fun, engaging, and you might even win a prize. Prizes will be from local businesses from food items to gift cards. We look forward to seeing you!
