La Grange Park National Night Out

The La Grange Park Police Department will host the 2018 National Night Out on Tuesday, August 7 at Memorial Park. Festivities will begin at 7pm and include entertainment, food and refreshments, and a new "don't want to miss" spectacular grand finale. The event is free and open to residents, local businesses, and their family and friends. The purpose of the event is to increase awareness about various police programs offered by communities, such as drug prevention, neighborhood watch, and other anti-crime efforts. This year is the 35th anniversary of National Night Out with over 38 million people across the country expected to participate.
