Over the past 18 months, nine nonprofit professionals have been participating in a fellowship and collaboratively working to address a systematic issue affecting the health of our region.

The challenge the nine embarked on was to study, better understand, and develop a conceptual tool that helps employers better engage with their employees while also addressing the issue of employee retention.

We are enthusiastic about the journey we've been on together, and want to introduce you to the myPATH concept that helps to:
