In 2017, we will feature quarterly sessions designed to inform, engage and develop leadership skills that every person has within him or herself. 

You've probably heard people talking about coaching in the workplace. Sounds cool, sounds intriguing. But what actually is coaching, and how do you use it? What skills do you need to be an effective coach?
 
This leadership workshop examines the basics of coaching in the workplace and assesses your coaching skills. We'll clarify what it involves and review the key approaches that you can use to be a successful coach. We'll also look at some situations in which coaching can be useful and reference some examples of coaching questions.
