About Us

Interfaith Community Partners provides older adults with safe, accompanied transportation to medical appointments, therapies, and life-enhancing errands. Our generous donors and network of kindhearted volunteers allow us to provide these services at no cost to clients.

ICP is a non-profit organization whose mission is to maximize the independence and well-being of older adults by enabling connections with others in their community. We also provide grocery shopping, friendly phone calls, deliver library materials, brighten clients' days with Petal Pusher flower deliveries, and a card ministry.

During Covid pandemic, ICP pivoted to outreach programs, ensuring that clients' driveways were shoveled, hot soup and blankets were delivered, and vaccinations were arranged, when needed. ICP is always looking for volunteer drivers and delivery drivers. Call the ICP office for details.
